Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• Products must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
• Original packaging should be intact and include all tags and labels.

Non-Returnable Items

• Perishable goods such as food and flowers.
• Gift cards or downloadable software products.
• Personal care items that have been opened.

Return Process

2. Pack the item securely with the original packaging and include your order number.
3. Ship the item to: RUSSIANBEIJING Returns, 1234 Commerce St., Beijing, China, 100004.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please send us an email at [email protected] for further instructions.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
